Do you crave comfort? Hush Puppies do many of their shoes with what they call a Deep Comfort footbed, a podiatrist-developed footbed providing improved body alignment and support. Your feet will be VERY happy in these. They come in latte or in black. The pretty buckle on the front strap is not adjustable and they have a rubber sole.

We ALWAYS try and get your shoes to you as fast as humanly possible. We get the excitement of a new pair of shoes!
So, if you order before 1pm on a weekday, we will get your gorgeous shoes on their way to you on the same day.
You will get automated tracking updates if we use Couriers Please for your order, or if we use Aust Post, you'll get an email from one of The Shoe Garden team with your tracking number, usually the next day after we've posted your shoes.
Please understand that we can't control what our courier or Aust Post does after they have collected your order from us … as much as we'd like them to get a wriggle on!
If you live in metropolitan Brisbane, your shoes will typically be on your doorstep in one or two days … sometimes even the same day!
If you live in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Canberra, it can take two to four days by courier.
If you live in Hobart, Perth or Darwin, we use Aust Post. Please allow up to two weeks, but sometimes they can arrive in five days.
For regional areas, depending on where you are in the country, we typically use Aust Post and delivery times can vary. It's usually around one week though.
For customers in NZ or overseas:
This is when you realise Australia is a long way from everywhere else!
Most New Zealand customers receive their shoes in a week.
And for customers elsewhere in the world, it's typically around two weeks, sometimes more and sometimes less.
For Australian customers:
For standard delivery, the charge is $12.50 no matter how many pairs you fall in love with. This will be via Couriers Please or Aust Post.
For express delivery with Aust Post, the charge is $20.
Or you can choose to Click and Collect at no cost and pick up from The Shoe Garden.
For New Zealand customers:
For standard delivery, the charge is $20 no matter how many pairs you fall in love with. This will be via Aust Post.
For elsewhere in the world:
The standard delivery charge is $50 no matter how many pairs you fall in love with. This will be via Aust Post.
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, for which The Shoe Garden is not liable. For further information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office.
We know it's disappointing when your new shoes don't fit or you don't like them. Blah!
All returned shoes need to be unworn, in perfect condition in their original box and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please try on your shoes on carpet to ensure they remain in tip top condition.
For new shoes:
We offer a refund, a credit (with no time limit) or an exchange. If you have ordered online, we do not cover the cost of returned products and original postage costs are not refundable.
For shoes on sale:
For sale shoes, we offer an exchange or a credit only. There is no time limit on this credit. A sale shoe refers to any discount, no matter the amount, offered during a promotion.
For Pre-Loved shoes:
There are no returns of any kind on pre-loved shoes. These are sold in good faith on behalf of our customers, so there are no refunds, credits or exchanges on the Pre-Loved range.

Your refund, credit or exchange will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt, but may take up to 5-7 work days in busy periods.
Believe me, as someone who wears a Size AU12 shoe, and has 12s, 44s, 45s and 46s in her own wardrobe, I know how frustrating inconsistent shoe sizing can be!
We stock around 20 brands, and each brand measures their shoes differently, and many assign different European sizes to Aussie sizes.
That's why we don't have a Sizing Chart. It's impossible to encompass all the variables on one nifty chart.
What we do have is Sizing Tips in the Description area of every shoe. Please read this information and choose via your Australian size.
We try on every shoe and size them for you into Australian sizes. If you're Size AU11, for example, you might choose from AU11, 43/AU11, 44/AU11 etc. Then again, you might need to go up or down a size depending on the fit … the Sizing Tips will have your back on this.
If in any doubt, please don't hesitate to contact us for advice.
For our overseas customers, I realise you may not be familiar with Australian sizes. To help with this:
A UK8 is an Aussie 10
A UK9 is an Aussie 11
A UK10 is an Aussie 12
A UK11 is an Aussie 13

For US and Canadian customers, we have the same sizing. Yah!
For European customers, it's not consistent so please still check the Sizing Tip on the product page but for the most part:
